Content+Cloud was proud to support Manchester Pride 2022, with colleagues from across our UK locations joining the march.
It was a privilege for our colleagues, friends and family to fly the Content+Cloud banner in the Manchester Pride Parade on Saturday 27th August.
We had an incredible day showing our support of the fight for equality and acceptance. There were more than 10,000 participants in this year’s parade across the city centre, and we were so thrilled to be a part of it.
Manchester Pride is one of the UK’s leading LGBTQ+ charities, with a vision of a world where people can live without prejudice. The theme of this year’s parade is ‘March for Peace’, going back to the roots of Manchester Pride’s activism.
Manchester played a massive part in the UK’s LGBTQ+ awareness – on 20th February 1988, more than 20,000 people to took to the streets to let their feelings be heard. At that time, it was the biggest LGBTQ+ demonstration to take place in the UK.
