We have achieved the Service Desk Institute’s (SDI) Three-Star Service Desk Certification (SDC). SDI standards provide our people with an international benchmark for quality. They also provide tangible targets that encourage skills development.
This certification validates the quality of our IT support services, evaluating our service desk against internationally accepted standards for best practice.
Cloudtango Outstanding MSP Awards
Each year, industry directory Cloudtango recognises outstanding manged service providers (MPSs) with the Cloudtango awards. Most recently, we’ve been named as a top MSP in the Global 100 Enterprise list.
Our predecessor company IT Lab received Cloudtango awards consistently for several years, including one of the world’s top 500 MSPs for six consecutive years, one of the UK’s top 50 MSPs in 2020 and No.1 MSP in the World in 2019.
Mimecast Customer Excellence Partner
Cloud email archiving, continuity and security service provider Mimecast named IT Lab a Customer Excellence Partner.
Held annually, the Mimecast’s Partner Awards recognise and reward the achievements of channel partners.

One of the technology industry’s most prestigious league tables, the business made position 80 of the fastest growing private technology companies. This was based on an annual sales rise of 49.49%.

Content+Cloud company IT Lab was named one of the UK’s 50 best-performing, privately-owned technology companies at the prestigious Megabuyte50 awards in 2016 and 2017.
Megabuyte is the leading authority on the performance of privately-owned, mid-market British software and ICT services firms. IT Lab was placed 30 in a list of the top 50 companies in the country for the second consecutive year.
