How we manage service delivery

As standard we provide a monthly service report analysing service desk performance, SLA attainment, end-user satisfaction and areas for improvement.

We’ll also meet with you regularly to monitor your account and proactively identify any issues – and can schedule further tactical and strategic meetings to ensure the governance of our service to you.
