From 14 November 2023, Content+Cloud will be rebranded as Advania, two years after our acquisition by the Advania Group.
Content+Cloud has been part of the Advania Group since our acquisition in December 2021, which saw us become the foundation of Advania’s UK presence and the group’s first expansion outside the Nordics.
We’re now taking the next step in this journey by rebranding as Advania in the UK, with effect from 14 November 2023.
Every one of us at Content+Cloud is excited to be playing our part in establishing one of Northern Europe’s leading IT services providers. Advania prides itself on its focus on customer intimacy and long-term relationships – principles we have always held here at Content+Cloud.
Our name may be changing, but our commitment to our clients and partnerships will be as strong as ever.
What will change on 14 November
On 14 November we will be launching our new website, advania.co.uk. In addition, the Content+Cloud legal entity that you trade with will be renamed Advania UK Limited.
If you are a customer or partner of Content+Cloud, Perspective Risk, Azzure IT or Sol-Tec, you will be hearing soon, or have already heard, from us about what these changes mean in practical terms.
What will stay the same
While we transition to the new brand over the coming months, the website for Content+Cloud will remain online, but for all the latest news and insights, advania.co.uk will be the place to go.
The websites for our companies Perspective Risk, Azzure IT and Sol-Tec will remain online during this transitional period. Our other companies and brands – Mirus, Sipcom and Fresh – will continue to operate under their respective identities, serving their specific markets as part of the wider group.
Advania isn’t just a new logo in the UK; it’s a powerhouse in the Northern European market.
The Advania Group traces its origins to Iceland in 1939, expanding across the Nordic states over the following decades. Launching as Advania in 2012, the group has since grown to have more than 4,500 employees across six countries.
As the tech company with people at heart, Advania has an unwavering focus on building deep relationships with customers – values that are central to how we work in the UK. We can’t wait to continue growing our customer and partner relationships in this new chapter.
