  • Annual Leave – you will be eligible for 25 days of annual leave per year, which will increase by 1 day for each full year of service, up to a total of 27 days (plus your birthday)
  • Buying Annual Leave Scheme – you will have the opportunity to purchase an additional 5 days of annual leave per calendar year, via a salary sacrifice agreement
  • IT Equipment Purchase Scheme – a staff loan to purchase a new computer, laptop, or piece of hardware etc.
  • Electric Car Scheme – Our Electric Car Scheme is managed through a salary sacrifice arrangement, with huge savings available on pure electric vehicles given ‘Benefit in Kind’ is just 2% between April 2022 and April 2025, so significant tax and NI savings available.

Please note, a number of these benefits become available only once you have passed your probation period, more details will be available upon joining the business. If you are working on a fixed-term contract, a number of these benefits will be pro-rata to the period that you are with us.
