Content+Cloud named with partner ScienceLogic as finalist for Computing’s best use of automation award

Content+Cloud has been included among the finalists for Computing’s AI and Machine Learning Awards 2022.

We’re delighted to share the news that Content+Cloud is one of the three finalists for Best Use of Automation in the 2022 AI and Machine Learning Awards, organised by Computing.

The AI and Machine Learning Awards recognise the best of AI today. The awards span companies, individuals and projects across the whole spectrum of the industry, covering everything from ethics to data analytics.

We’ve been nominated for our use of AIOps (artificial intelligence for IT operations), a success enabled by our partnership with ScienceLogic, the Gartner and Forrester recognised leader in AIOps, business services and advance monitoring.

Harnessing AIOps has helped Content+Cloud’s team reduce the number of incidents reported by each client by 75% in a year and focus the skills of our staff on delivering greater innovation to ambitious organisations.

Using ScienceLogic’s SL1 AIOps platform has allowed us to consolidate a host of management tools into one SaaS platform. As a result, we’ve been able to deliver more reliable, scalable and efficient monitoring to our clients through automated ticketing and troubleshooting.

With less time spent on set-up and routine monitoring, we can focus on offering a richer range of managed services and ensuring higher standards of support. Our new services have helped us bring in 34% more monthly recurring revenue over 12 months at net zero cost. We’ve also been able to reallocate the equivalent of 1.4 full-time staff to delivering these new services.

The winners of the AI and Machine Learning Awards 2022 will be announced by Computing on 18 May. The nomination comes hot on the heels of Content+Cloud being shortlisted for two prizes at the National Technology Awards, to be revealed on 26 May.
